Welder/Fitter

Our Welder and Fitters are crucial to ensure that our cranes don't just lift, they last. To join our welding team, you will need to be able to weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions while applying your knowledge of weld processes using FCAW in the following wire diameters: .052, 1/16.

As a fitter, you will need to read and comprehend drawings/blueprints. You must be able to complete layouts, and position, align, and secure parts and assemblies. Extensive experience with open table fit up & welding large structural steel weldments is required.

Mechanical Assembler

If you are detail oriented and have a mechanical background, you may be a good fit for our mechanical assembly team. As a mechanical assembler, you will use various hand tools to assemble large machinery, and fabricated metal products according to directions. You must have the ability to read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation to build components of an overhead crane to unique specifications.

Electrical Designer / Entry-Level Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Designer/Entry-Level Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, quality, and reliability of all electrical design and programming required for overhead crane projects. Collaborating with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical components into the design of overhead cranes, you will be involved in the preparation of technical drawings and
specs of electrical systems, which conform to electrical standards and customer requirements.

You will also update and/or develop new engineering standards to support current or new software and play a vital role in converting high usage 2D drawings to 3D, utilizing SolidWorks software.

Field Service Crane Technician

ZENAR Service Technicians play a vital role in providing maintenance and service to overhead cranes. This allows our customers to continue with their production without any delays, which is vital to their success. Some of the responsibilities of a crane technician include communication with customers, maintaining, servicing, upgrading controls and commissioning overhead cranes. This position requires good communication skills, good work ethics, familiarity with electrical systems, documentation skills, and the ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. This position often requires working at heights that range from 20-40 feet above ground.
